Professional fire equipment planning
According to the requirements of Hong Kong law, we provide professional safety risk assessment, fire installation planning, measurement and preparation of fire protection plans for all kinds of buildings and submit them to relevant departments for approval.
Application for dangerous goods licence
Our professional fire consultants design and construct dangerous goods stores in buildings or constraction sites in compliance with the Dangerous Goods Ordinance (Cap. 295) and its subsidiary legislation, and apply for dangerous goods licences for dangerous goods warehouses, dangerous goods vehicles, etc.
To undertake various fire safety improvement projects
To undertake various fire safety improvement works for old commercial premises, residential and industrial buildings in accordance with the Fire Safety (Commercial Premises) Ordinance (Cap. 502), Fire Safety (Buildings) Ordinance (Cap. 572) and Fire Safety (Industrial Buildings) Ordinance (Cap. 636) of the Laws of Hong Kong, and to arrange qualified fire contractors, structural engineers to follow up, We will also assist owners in applying for the Fire safety improvement works subsidy Scheme from the Government.
Application for various types of restaurant/club licences
Conduct fire safety risk assessment for various types of restaurants/clubs, and recommend appropriate fire protection installation and adequate escape routes according to the actual needs of the site and the expected number of guests. We ressponsible for design, supervision of works and licensing services.
